  • Parent & Child Sessions to bond on a closer, more meaningful experience.

Class Structure

All classes start with a gentle warm up session. Each week one of the Qigong Mode & Tai Chi Posture Requirements will be addressed in detail. The Shibashi Form will be learnt in detail from beginning to end and will end off with a cooling down session to calm the Qi and make the body ready for the rest of the day.
